Creating a video presentation using the Prompt to video feature is great when you have an idea of what you want but need a helping hand to complete the research and content creation!
Step 1
Once you have signed into Keytake, you will be taken to the projects home screen.
Select the Prompt to video feature to get started.
Step 2
Once selected, a prompt box will open that lets you describe the presentation you want to make.
💡 Tips: When writing your prompt, you want to be as clear and informative as you can be.
Let Keytake know:
- The topic you want to focus on (be as specific as you can)
- Who the video is for e.g., employees, general public, clients.
- The use case e.g., training, class presentation, onboarding.
- What are your video presentation goals e.g. upskill teams, educate, inform
Although you will reconfirm some of the points about in the next step, we find the best results when it is in your prompt and selection.
Once you are happy with your prompt, click next to go to step 3.
Step 3
In this step, we refine the prompt further and reconfirm some details to achieve the best results.
Along with confirming what the purpose is and who it is for, you can pick the tone and length of your video.
Then, once you are ready, click next to move on to the final step!
Step 4
Here, Keytake will recommend the best template for your presentation. You will also have the choice to browse other templates and pick a different one.
After you have selected the template design of your choice, click Create Video to start generating your presentation video.
